Design Consultations

Every custom project begins with a complimentary design consultation. Customers are welcome to meet with our design team and review custom renderings in person at our showroom at no cost.

Digital Custom Renderings

If you would like your custom renderings sent digitally by email, text, or other electronic delivery, a nonrefundable $500 design deposit is required.

This deposit protects the time, creativity, and intellectual property invested by the Underwoods design team. The deposit will be credited toward the required 50% production deposit should you choose to move forward with your custom piece.

Customers are welcome to view and discuss their renderings in person at our showroom at no charge.

All custom renderings and design concepts remain the intellectual property of Underwoods and may not be reproduced, shared with another jeweler, or used to manufacture a piece without the written consent of Underwoods.

Production Deposit

Once your custom design has been approved, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required before production begins.

If a $500 digital rendering deposit has already been paid, it will be applied toward this 50% production deposit.

The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or shipment.

Design Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included during the design process to ensure your piece reflects the approved design direction.

Once the final design has been approved and production has begun, additional design changes may not be possible. Requested changes may also result in additional charges or an extended completion timeline.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once a custom project has entered production, all deposits are nonrefundable and the order cannot be canceled.

Because each custom piece is made specifically for the individual customer, completed custom jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before production begins.
