Shipping Methods

To ensure the safe arrival of your purchase, all shipments are sent via FedEx.

We currently ship within the United States only and are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, value of the package, and shipping method selected. Applicable shipping charges will be provided at the time of purchase.

Processing & Delivery

In-stock merchandise is typically prepared and shipped within our standard processing times. If your order includes a custom piece, special order, or repair, we will provide an estimated completion and shipping timeline when your order is placed.

Fully Insured Shipments

Every shipment is fully insured while in transit at no additional insurance cost to you. Insurance coverage remains in effect until your package has been delivered and signed for.

Signature Required

For the protection of your purchase, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all shipments. This requirement cannot be waived.

Local Pickup

Customers are welcome to pick up their purchases at our Fayetteville showroom. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Returns & Return Shipping

For approved returns, Underwoods will provide a prepaid FedEx return shipping label along with return instructions.
