What does the custom design process look like from start to finish?
The process moves through three stages.
Consultation: We get to know what you want to create, who it is for, your style, and your budget. You do not need to walk in knowing exactly what you want.
Design and Revision: We develop concepts, refine the design with you, and produce a to-scale 3D wax mold so you can see it in hand before anything is approved.
Production: Once you approve and make a 50% deposit, the piece goes to our Master Jewelers. Most are finished within four to six weeks.
